Sales Administrator

Our client organises some of the largest Tech conferences in the UK and are currently on the look out for an Administrator to work in our busy Sales team office. You will be responsible for a variety of daily administration tasks supporting all Sales product teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Answering incoming calls, filtering enquiries
  • Inputting missing delegate information to bespoke system
  • Managing late attendees
  • Assisting with conference sponsor management
  • Add-on invoice management
  • Reporting assistance and other ad-hoc duties as required

 

About you:

  • Previous commercial experience in an Administration role, ideally in a Sales or Tech environment
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Experience working with Google Docs would be beneficial
