Our Client is one of the latest and most exciting businesses crossing the Fintech and Gaming sectors. Disrupting the sports betting sector and providing a seamless and reliable trading experience for a growing and passionate community of users.

With their recent partnership it is our goal to extend their demographic beyond the terraces to include a more sophisticated, affluent and aspirational demographic, who might otherwise be tempted to trade forex or cryptos, or indeed might be involved already.

The role will include also acquisition and management of corporate customers and liquidity providers. Already showing some considerable success in this sector, and the successful candidate will ‘own’ this cohort and be responsible for its recruitment, revenue generation and retention, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working most probably in the marketing department of a retail brokerage, ideally with Affiliate experience. He/she will have a good understanding of all marketing channels, good social skills as the role will involve building and maintaining relationships. They will have general digital skills, be creative with a keen eye for design, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a very high level of data analysis competence.

 

Main Tasks:

  • Oversee high value customer acquisition and retention strategy across all marketing channels including affiliates and above the line.
  • Manage special events, Trader meet-ups and training seminars          
  • Be responsible for managing a budget and delivering to target.
  • Analyse campaigns to determine efficiency and areas for campaign improvement.
  • Work to agreed CPA and CPI targets.
  • Ensure all communication are approved by the company’s compliance policy and procedures.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong social skills

  • Experience and understanding of retail investment market in UK.
  • Ability to create campaigns.
  • Data analysis skills
  • Energetic, motivated self-starter.
  • Deep knowledge of professional football with the capability to build effective relationships with key departments and clients.
  • Ability to oversee budget management, contract negotiation and other business affairs disciplines
  • Attention to detail

 

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing in the financial sector with proven track record of leading and coordinating campaigns initiatives from initial stages through to delivery
  • Experience of working with talent and execs at senior level
